Microsoft Flight Simulator will support VR this fall, the HP Reverb G2 is the first headset they will support, but other headsets will also be supported later. The game will be released on Steam as well.
During release of Flight Simulator there wouldn’t be any support for VR, flying in VR will only become possible later by an update. Microsoft also announced that there will be support for TrackIR, an accessory you can put on your head to look around the cockpit.
Microsoft also said they will work together with other companies to ensure most hardware is supported.Tags: Flight simulator, game, microsoft, Steam, Valve
